Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days.

Standard shipping can take up to one week and express shipping may take up to four days.

You can track your package by using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email.

Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

In the unlikely event that you need to return a damaged, incorrect or faulty product please contact our team with proof of purchase and an image of the goods within 7 days of receiving your order via email at [email protected]. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.

Refunds will be issued directly to the payment method used for the purchase once the item/s have been received by Just Shea. Email notification will be sent once your return has been processed, and you should allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be completed.

Change of mind

We don’t offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Sensitivities

We cannot accept returns for a product you use that you have sensitivities to or are allergic to.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
